Robin has been through a lot since she debuted on GENERAL HOSPITAL in 1985. Now, as Robin has given birth to her own little girl, take a look back at the triumphs and tragedies of her life.

Anna (Finola Hughes) and Robin (Kimberly McCullough) — ABC

Six-year-old Robin arrives in Port Charles with Filomena Soltini, who Robin believes is her grandmother, and her friend "Luv" — actually, her birth mother, Anna. Robert did not know that he had fathered a child while married to Anna, but he soon realizes the little girl is Robin Scorpio. Robin meets a old man called "The Ancient One," and figures out evil forces are after Robin because her doll's eyes are made of priceless black pearls. Kidnapped Robin is rescued by Anna and Robert. Robert decides to return to Australia, leaving Robin with Anna and Grandma Filomena.

Duke (Ian Buchanan) and Anna — ABC

Anna and Robin are charmed by mobster Duke Lavery. Robin calls Robert when she hears two men threaten her mother's life. Robert helps Duke get out of the mob.

Anna marries Duke, whom Robin sees as a father figure.

Grant Putnam tries to kidnap Robin as revenge against Robert. The plan goes awry, and Grant kills Filomena and kidnaps Anna in front of Robin. A traumatized Robin becomes catatonic. She comes out of it, but things are tense as Duke struggles to leave the mob once again. Duke and Anna break up in a bid to fix Robin's family life.

Duke and Anna go into the Witness Protection Program after testifying against several gangsters, but Duke realizes he is being set up and fakes his own death.

Robert fakes his death, leaving Robin to mourn the loss of a second father. Duke returns with a new face and name — Jonathan Paget — and instantly bonds with Robin, who tells Anna that Jonathan reminds her of Duke. Anna learns Jonathan is Duke, and the two are reunited, but Duke is killed.

Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Robin — ABC

Robin plays Cupid, and her parents remarry. Robert's brother, Mac, comes to town, and they work through bad blood.

Mac (John J. York) and Robin — ABC

Cesar Faison abducts Anna and flees the country. Robert pursues, leaving Robin with Mac. Reports come back that Anna and Robert are killed in an explosion. Mac becomes Robin's legal guardian.

Robin meets Stone Cates at his brother Jagger's boxing match. Their friendship turns romantic. Since Stone is involved with Sonny and the mob, Mac disapproves. Robin is devastated to learn Stone has AIDS, but supports him. When she discovers she, too, is infected, she is conflicted about telling Stone before he dies, but relents, and Stone passes away with Robin by his side.

Still mourning Stone, Robin finds comfort with Jason Morgan, then leaves to study at Yale.

Jason's role as Sonny's right-hand man sours Robin, and when she sees him shot, she breaks it off. Robin goes to study at the Sorbonne. Jason visits her in Paris, but returns to Port Charles.
