In a recent interview with Soap Opera Weekly, GUIDING LIGHT's Robert Newman (Josh) mentioned that he hopes his character takes it easy as a single stud before jumping back into another relationship. That would be a first, since Josh has a long history of being quite the playboy. See if you can match his old flames to their descriptions.

1. Robert Newman (Josh, GL) — JPI

   1981 — I was one of the first people Josh dated when he moved to Springfield. I had an incredible imagination and often had elaborate fantasies. I guess you could call me a dream girl.
2. 1981 — I was a hairdresser. Some would say I'm a little ditsy, but there must have been something Josh liked about me. Too bad he dated me and my best friend.
3. 1981 — When Josh was young and running around Springfield chasing skirts, I like to think I was the one he really wanted. After all, he came after me, even though I was already engaged.
4. 1989-1990, 1999-2000, 2002-2007 — I am and will always be the one true love of Josh's life. Even though I'm married to someone else, and he was married to my sister, Josh still holds a special place in my heart.
5. 1993-1994 — I met Josh in Italy, and we had a secret romance. After he moved back to Springfield, I showed up to surprise him, but while in town I was kidnapped and almost burned alive in a lighthouse. I had to confess why I'd gotten into so much trouble: I'd witnessed a murder and stolen $500,000.
6. 1981-1983 — Josh was managing my modeling career and decided to mix business with pleasure. I was married at the time, but when my husband and I began having problems, Josh used it to his advantage to woo me into an affair. I later divorced my husband, and Josh and I dated, but broke up when my modeling career took too much of my time.
7. 2007-2008 — I loved Josh and married him, but we were doomed from the start. Not only was he still in love with my sister, but dealing with my psycho son put a real damper on our relationship. I had an affair, and we tried counseling, but in the end it just didn't work.
8. 1982 — I was a nurse to Josh's dad, and the girlfriend of one of his close friends. When he learned I worked as a stripper and a prostitute named "Candy" to pay my way through nursing school, he blackmailed me into getting involved with him.
9. 1990-1991 — I was Marah and Shayne's nanny, and Josh and I fell in love after Reva was presumed dead. We got engaged, but when Billy discovered Reva was still alive, Josh went off to find her and wrote me a letter ending our engagement.
10. 1982 — Even though I was married, I went after Josh. We had an affair, and my husband caught us in bed. I said I didn't know why I was there, but he didn't believe me. We all later learned that I wasn't lying and was suffering from split personalities.
11. 2000-2001 — Josh rescued me from committing suicide, and we swiftly became friends and lovers. We married despite Reva's efforts to stop us, but I later began sleeping with Alan, so Josh and I went our separate ways.
