At home, Hawk interrupted a tender moment between Jeffrey and Reva. Reva assured Jeffrey that her dad wouldn't be living with them forever, but Jeffrey wondered. When Jeffrey left for court, Reva opened her mail and found a card from Jonathan and Sarah.
During a stroll at the park, Beth railed against Bill for hurting Lizzie. Bill assured Beth hurting Lizzie wasn't his intention, and told her had everyone held out they would have seen what he was doing with Spaulding was to help Lizzie. "You're an immature, reckless jerk," an unconvinced Beth said.
At Company, Lizzie tried convincing Alan to move into a condo she purchased for them. Alan declined, saying he was enjoying his time at the boarding house. Lizzie was surprised to see how much Alan had really changed.
Meanwhile, Jolene cozied up to Buzz while he told her about Reva's stint with the Amish. Later Reva showed up to meet with Jolene about the movie. Jolene told Reva she'd read her diary. Reva was mortified.. Jolene apologized, saying she read it because she found it in the box with all of Reva's other things. Reva took a deep breath while Jolene began asking more questions about Josh.
Later, they went to Reva's to go through more memorabilia. Reva was surprised to see Jeffrey show up. Jeffrey said he'd gotten out of court for the rest of the day, and was noticeably disappointed to see Jolene snooping around Cross Creek. Still, Reva told Jeffrey she had to run errands, and asked him to keep Jolene company. It didn't take long for Jeffrey to grow tired of Jolene's prying. Soon Ava showed up and Jeffrey was glad to have an excuse to stop talking about the movie. When Jolene excused herself, Ava told Jeffrey she'd soon have an ultrasound for the baby.
Reva went to give Lizzie her Mother's Day card from Jonathan and Sarah. When Lizzie noticed the card had a return address, she saw that Reva was gently nudging her to go find Jonathan and Sarah. Lizzie was trilled to have the info, and went to run errands to prepare for the trip. While she was shopping, Lizzie ran into Bill. She asked him to go away, but Bill wouldn't back down. He grabbed a few of her bags and walked her to her car. When Bill opened Lizzie's trunk, he saw her suitcases and bags of baby clothes. He asked if she was going to see Sarah and how long she'd be gone. Lizzie said she didn't know. Bill tried to stall her, but Lizzie said she had to go see Beth before she left. She commented that Bill didn't need to worry about her, and he could focus on his big, upcoming board meeting. Lizzie drove away, and Bill didn't try to stop her.
Before Lizzie left town, she went to say goodbye to Beth. She also stopped by Spaulding just as Bill was going into that big meeting. Lizzie hesitated, wondering if she should really leave. After thinking it over, she got in her car and started driving.

Still affected from the affair, Josh remained cold to Cassie. When she asked if he was ready for RJ's father-son outing, Josh said he could drop RJ off but wouldn't be able to stay because he had plans. "Please don't tell me this has something to do with that stupid movie about Reva's life," Cassie snapped. "It doesn't," Josh replied and walked out.
Josh went to see Harley, and Harley asked why he wasn't at the game. Josh admitted he didn't feel like himself. "I'm feeling very alone," he said. Harley told Josh he didn't have to feel alone, because Cassie loved him and wanted to make things right. Josh said whenever he thought of Cassie, he thought about what she did and wondered if she'd do it again. Harley assured Josh that Cassie wouldn't do it again, but Josh said he still wanted to go see the man who Cassie had the affair with.
When Josh went to see Chris, he pretended to be interested in insurance. As Chris asked him standard questions, Josh began to get angry. When Josh revealed he knew Chris had stayed at the Beacon, Chris asked how he knew. Josh told him his wife ran the Beacon. "I think I met her. Beautiful lady. Great smile," Chris said. Josh jumped up and became visibly aggravated. Chris was confused, and asked if everything was okay, but Josh excused himself, saying his visit was a mistake.
Later, Blake stopped by to see Harley and said she was worried about her. Harley said she had everything under control. When Blake opened the fridge, it was empty. "No wonder you're having panic attacks," Blake noted. Harley changed the subject and suggested they go see Cassie. Blake agreed, and the two went to get Cassie out of the house.
Cassie, Beth and Blake went to the park for a picnic chat. They caught up about their lives, and when Blake asked Harley about Cyrus, Cassie got quiet and uncomfortable. Blake then admitted she had a crush on Harley's brother. Harley was thrilled Blake was interested in Frank, but Blake clarified, saying Coop was the man she had her eye on. Cassie laughed, but Harley was speechless. Cassie then admitted she had a one night stand, and that her marriage was probably over.
Reva went to Company to do some more reading on the movie script, and Jolene showed up to do more research. Reva decided Jolene should learn to table dance, and she encouraged her to hop up on the Company bar and do a few moves. After they had a laugh and spent a little more quality time together, Blake, Cassie, Harley and Dinah showed up. All the ladies — except Cassie — congratulated Reva on her movie, and they all toasted to "having it all." Later, Reva asked Cassie if she was okay. Cassie said she was fine, and Reva said the best part of the script she'd read that day was about finding her sister.
When Cassie returned home, Josh was in a better mood and had brought her a present. Cassie was touched by his change in attitude, and she began crying when she opened the box of pearl earrings. When Josh told her he wanted to move back upstairs, Cassie threw her arms around him in relief.
When Reva returned home, Jeffrey asked how the script was. "I had one hell of a life," Reva said. "Maybe tonight we can start working on a sequel," Jeffrey replied.

Harley got closer to discovering why Gus never closed his cases. She figured there was a crooked cop somewhere in the force that was keeping Gus from busting his drug cases. Marina doubted Harley's suggestion. Mallet was suspicious as well, but he offered to take a closer look. Once alone, Harley asked Marina to help her solve the mystery behind Gus' cases. Marina didn't think it was a good idea, because she didn't want the other cops to turn on them. Harley kept pushing until Marina snapped, saying Harley was so desperate to work on the cases because her life was falling apart. Marina quickly apologized, but Harley grabbed her things and left the station.
Meanwhile, Mallet made a discovery about Gus, and decided to shred all of the case files. When Harley returned asking to take another look at the files, Mallet covered, saying he had it under control. Harley insisted she be allowed to work on the case, but Mallet told her working on the investigation wouldn't bring Gus back. Harley finally agreed to step back, but she then went behind Mallet's back to ask Jeffrey to look into finding the crooked cop on the force that kept Gus from closing his cases.
When Jeffrey called Mallet about the cases, Mallet noted that Harley didn't have enough solid evidence for him to look into it further. He added that if there were a crooked cop on his force, he'd do what he needed to take care of it. Jeffrey seemed skeptical, so Mallet admitted he believed Gus was stretched too thin before he died and probably let a few things slip. Mallet assured Jeffrey he'd keep watch on the force and let him know if there was something fishy going on.
At Company, Rafe told Natalia he was still upset that Olivia swiped their house from them. Natalia told him to accept it, but Rafe refused. Later he went to the hospital to tell Olivia she was wrong for taking the house. Olivia explained she needed the house so she could feel connected to Gus. Liv added she was doing Natalia a favor, because she couldn't afford the payments anyway. Rafe continued to yell at Olivia until Natalia showed up to take him away. "Stay away from that horrible woman," she advised.
Still fighting for the house, Rafe went to see Jeffrey for legal counsel about getting it back. Jeffrey promised Rafe he'd look into it.
At the Spaulding mansion, Dinah and Remy were having a good time hanging out in the courtyard until Marina showed up to slap Dinah with a load of petty offense charges. Dinah accused Marina of bugging her because of Mallet. She warned Marina not to keep playing little girl games with her, but if she insisted on slapping her with charges she should call her lawyers.
Later, Mallet stopped by the mansion and found Dinah had prepared a romantic dinner for him. When Mallet sat down, he told Dinah he wasn't hungry because he had things on his mind. Dinah assumed Mallet was going to tell her he was sleeping with Marina. Mallet told her his concerns weren't about Marina. "I'm going to need your help," he said.

Dinah was shocked when Mallet told her Gus was a crooked cop. "Gus was one of the good guys," she said. Mallet said he didn't know why Gus had been taking favors, but he'd shredded all the files so no one would ever know. He told Dinah he wanted her to convince Doris to get Jeffrey to back off of the case so Gus' indiscretions wouldn't get out.
Alan told Natalia he wanted to teach Rafe the family business. Natalia replied that Alan he wanted to bond with Rafe, he should take him to a baseball game. "I'm not going to let you send my son out to do your dirty work," she warned. Alan told her she should let Rafe decide what he wanted to do, and that Gus would want him to get involved in the family business. Later, Natalia asked Olivia if she would help in getting Alan to back off Rafe.
At the gym, Doris asked Ashlee not to push herself with the exercise. Doris noted she'd already lost so much weight, and she should allow her body to rest. Ashlee said Doris was the one who'd always told her to push hard and work faster than anyone else when you wanted something. Doris agreed, but told Ashlee she should give herself a break. Ashlee said she wanted to get the weight off because she knew everyone was waiting on her to drop the pounds.
Meanwhile, Blake and Coop chatted about the book tour. Blake seemed disappointed when Coop said he wanted Ashlee to go on the tour. When Coop later met Ashlee at Company, he reiterated how much he wanted her to tag along. Ashlee seemed hesitant, but agreed she'd like to spend time with him. When Coop was on his way out, Daisy came in and sat with Ashlee. Ashlee revealed she was worried about going on the tour because she didn't know what she would eat or when she'd be able to work out. Daisy told her not to worry so much, and suggested she get her own hobby so she wouldn't just be following her boyfriend around.
Later, Ashlee overheard Dinah talking about the TV station. Dinah told her she was back, and Ashlee asked if she needed an assistant. Dinah hired her immediately and gave her assignment number one: rounding up pictures of Doris. Ashlee then called Coop to tell him she'd gotten her station job back, so she couldn't go on the tour. Coop said he understood, and that he was happy for her. Blake was secretly thrilled Ashlee wouldn't be joining them on the tour. Poor Coop was disappointed.
At the news station, Ashlee was curious why Dinah was doing a piece on Doris. To calm her suspicions, Dinah brushed it off as a small project, then told Ashlee she should consider a job in TV. "You look great," she said. Later at Towers, Dinah showed Doris the two videos she put together, one good and one bad. When Doris saw the bad video, she knew Dinah wanted something. Dinah asked Doris to keep Jeffrey away from a certain case he was digging into, and Doris agreed. Rafe caught them shaking on the deal, then went back to Alan and told him he saw them meeting, but that he wasn't sure what it was about.

Reva apologized to Jeffrey for all the inconveniences from the movie. While Jeffrey prepared for court, he grabbed a stack of papers and found a copy of Reva's movie script. Jeffrey was eager to read the script, but Reva was hesitant, not wanting him to be bombarded with stories about her and Josh.
At the station, Jeffrey got a visit from Harley who urged him to stay on top of the investigation on Gus' cases. Jeffrey told Harley he was on it. Harley said she trusted him to get the job done. When Harley went back to her desk, she found a note saying, "Stay out of it!" She asked the other cops who wrote it, but no one confessed.
At Company, Buzz and Cyrus had a few minutes of bonding until Reva and Daisy showed up talking about the movie. Reva invited herself to stay for a poker game, and she and Daisy sat down to play. Everyone was having a good time, until Daisy started taking shots at Cyrus. Cyrus tried to shrug it off, but Daisy kept insulting him. "You'll never be Gus," she finally blurted out. Buzz was angry with Daisy's outburst, so he excused himself and went to see Harley at the station.
Buzz told Harley about the drama between Cyrus and Daisy, and he said Daisy was being too harsh. Harley said she and Cyrus were just dating, and she wanted to keep him away from the family until she knew it was real. Buzz told her it wasn't fair to have Cyrus in part of her life and not allow him into all of it.
When Cyrus went to work at the Beacon, he was pleasantly surprised when Harley came to see him. After his shift, Cyrus changed out of his uniform, and he and Harley went to Towers for a quiet, romantic dinner. When they went home, they had a makeout session under a tree in Harley's yard. When Daisy stepped outside, she caught Harley and Cyrus kissing. She stormed back inside of the house, and Cyrus decided it would be best if he left. After he ran off, Harley called Daisy outside for a chat.
She explained that she and Cyrus were dating, but she wouldn't bring him to her graduation if it would upset her. Daisy said she didn't care, because she wasn't going to her graduation. Harley said she had to go, because that's what normal people did. Daisy said she didn't care. Harley began to get upset and have a panic attack. She reached for her cell to call Cyrus, then decided to make herself get through it alone.
Back at Reva's, Jolene told Reva the crew wanted to shoot inside the cabin. Reva said she was concerned about the stress the movie was putting on her relationship with Jeffrey. She made sure Jolene understood that Jeffrey was very important to her, and that this movie couldn't continue to cause problems for them. When Jeffrey came home, Reva reluctantly told him the movie was about her life with Josh. Jeffrey said he'd read the script and was fine with it. Reva was relieved. Then she shared the news about the film crew invading the cabin. Reva suggested they move into the Beacon for a while, and Jeffrey agreed.
At the Beacon, Reva and Jeffrey settled in and Reva decided they should write a song together. Jeffrey pulled out his guitar, and they laughed while they worked on the lyrics for their song.
