In Eve's kitchen, an in-labor Vincent screamed in pain. Eve wanted to take him to the hospital, but Vincent and Julian refused. Eve explained that they needed to get Vincent help because his "unique genitalia" didn't provide enough room for the baby to get out. Vincent was determined to have Eve deliver the child. He was annoyed when Julian made disparaging comments about the baby. They finally saw the baby's head peeking through; Julian was disgusted as he viewed Vincent's anatomy. Vincent eventually passed out. Eve couldn't get the baby out; Julian suggested using some non-stick spray. (Ha!) Both tried to wake up Vincent. He finally came to and the baby was born. "Oh please God, let it be one or the other," Julian prayed, in regards to the baby's gender. It was a baby boy. "I'm glad his penis isn't all jacked up like yours," Vincent sniped to Julian. (How, uh, sweet.)

Pretty looked forward to burying Fancy and Luis after arranging for their plane to crash. Meanwhile, Fancy and Luis desperately tried to keep their plane from falling to the ground. Luis finally decided to call Sheridan for advice, since she knows how to fly a jet. Sheridan managed to explain to Luis how to get the plane to level off. Pretty tried to stop Sheridan from helping them land, but Sheridan fought her off and knocked out Pretty. Sheridan was relieved when she heard from a still-alive Luis, and she led them to a safe landing.

At the Crane mansion, Gwen found "Gertrude's" false teeth and demanded to know who the nanny really is. Gert lied that she had them to make her own teeth look better. Gwen found that hard to believe, but Ethan bought the story, noting all the plastic surgery that Rebecca has had. Gwen cruelly compared Gert to a monstrous creature and tried to get rid of her so she could spend some time alone with Ethan. Later, Theresa drugged Ethan and Gwen and had sex with Ethan. A dazed Gwen awakened and spied them together.

At Eve's, Eve was actually happy as she watched Vincent cuddle with his newborn son. Julian wasn't as thrilled. "Don't forget, the mother is also the father," he said. Eve asked to hold the baby, but Vincent refused. "We can't forget that you're a pill-popping slut," he stated. Eve promised to be a better grandmother than mother and said that she loves Vincent and the baby. Vincent was touched and let Eve take the child. Julian still wouldn't acknowledge the baby. "Julian, it's your son," said Eve. "And your grandson." Eve urged him to make the best of it, but Julian refused to touch the "freak show baby." Julian finally relented and took the baby in his arms, but Vincent and Eve didn't want to register the child's birth. Julian urged Vincent to turn himself in. Eve asked if Julian wanted to relay the fact that he slept with his own son, and threatened to give the media his surgery photos. Julian agreed not to call Sam. Eve had hope that Vincent could become a good person. Meanwhile, Vincent made plans to kill Sheridan.

Paloma had a vision of Juanita killing Theresa. Noah noted that Theresa is already dead, so it was probably just her imagination. But Paloma believed it was a sign. Noah tried to make Paloma feel better by kissing her. Tabitha overheard and muttered to herself about how evil is coming to Harmony, and how Juanita is connected to it. She was disgusted watching Noah and Paloma being gushy, but then reminisced about her own past loves. "They're worse than Valentine's Day on Animal Planet," she cracked. "They remind me of hot, steamy nights in the hacienda with Zoro. Olé! One of these days, Endora is going to ask me how I got that Z on my bum. What will I say? Good times!" Upstairs, Paloma and Noah started to have sex in Kay's bed. (Sure Kay would love that.) Downstairs, a portal suddenly opened in the middle of Tabby's living room. "Oh, dear. More evil, more pain — and I just had my curtains cleaned," Tabitha sighed. Upstairs, a fire exploded in Kay's bedroom, interrupting Noah and Paloma. Noah managed to push through a strange force field-type thing and grab Paloma. They came downstairs and saw sparks coming from Tabby's book. Noah implored the witch to explain why strange things were always happening in her home. Tabitha accused them of being crazy and scolded them for getting it on in Kay's bed. Tabby then lied that the tea they'd made upstairs was "bad tea" she'd purchased in the '60s, which made them hallucinate. She then went on about how she once gave Noah's parents "special" brownies. Noah and Paloma were disgusted and finally left. "Sometimes the lies that come out of my mouth amaze even me," Tabitha crowed to herself.

Meanwhile, Pilar called the government agent to see if he had any idea where Juanita was, but the inept official wasn't sure. Juanita hid out by the bus station with one of her minions. Later an official tried to shoot at her, but she and her goon hid. She then threatened the official with a gun and demanded that he take her to Pilar.

In the Crane mansion, Theresa had sex with a drugged Ethan. Gwen, who was also drugged, stumbled upon them and wondered if what she was seeing was real. Pilar worried that Theresa went through with drugging the two; Gwen later came downstairs and announced to Pilar that Theresa is alive. Pilar feigned disbelief. Upstairs, a dazed Ethan awakened and noticed Theresa sleeping next to him.

Theresa and a drugged Ethan continued to have sex in his bed at the Crane mansion. Gwen led Pilar upstairs so she could show her that Theresa was alive. Pilar desperately tried to stop her from barging in on them, to no avail. But when Gwen entered the room, Ethan and Theresa weren't there. Pilar feigned being upset by Gwen pretending that Theresa was alive. Meanwhile in another room, Theresa heard Gwen and quickly ushered Ethan out of the bed. She managed to make the bed and blow out all the candles she'd lit, and then hid under the bed just as Gwen entered the room. Gwen still insisted that she'd seen Theresa. Soon, Ethan returned, as the drugs were wearing off, and Gwen accused him of sleeping with Theresa. He didn't know what Gwen was talking about and urged her to see a doctor. Gwen disagreed and stated that she knows what she saw. She then slipped and admitted to feeling guilty about Theresa's death. Gwen covered that she feels guilty about taking over Theresa's family when Theresa is dead. Later, Theresa came out of hiding and told Pilar that she's sick of playing dead. Pilar reminded her how dangerous it would be to come clean.

In Mexico, Juanita captured the government agent who'd tried to shoot at her. The agent threatened her, but she wasn't fazed. She slapped him and implored him to tell her where Pilar was. Juanita stated that she could find Pilar if she had her last name. (Couldn't she just do one of those online searches that allows you to search using a person's maiden name?) Anyway, Juanita got out the agent's wallet and admired pictures of his family. She threatened to hurt all of them — and their little dog, too. Specifically she threatened to kill the dog as the agent's kids watched. The agent explained that Pilar was instructed to not give her last name when she called in to him. Juanita planned to trace the call the next time Pilar contacted the agent.

Eve had hope that being a mother would change Vincent for the better, but Julian believed their son was still a psycho. Meanwhile, Vincent told his newborn son about how he had to kill Sheridan for letting him "fall" from the cliff months before.... Julian wanted proof that the baby is his. Eve wished she could kill Alistair for what he'd done to Vincent when Vincent was a child.

Pretty paid Sheridan a visit and berated her for saving Luis and Fancy's lives on the plane. Sheridan noted that Luis would've died. Pretty replied that if she can't have him, no one can. Sheridan warned Pretty not to let anything happen to Luis. Meanwhile, at the Crane mansion, Luis and Fancy set up a nice spread to celebrate being alive. Later, Fancy called Sheridan and asked her to come by the main house. When she arrived, she found a bottle of champagne waiting for her, as thanks for saving Luis and Fancy. They then told Sheridan that they're engaged. Sheridan tried to be happy for them. Pretty then arrived and congratulated them, but Fancy couldn't believe that her sister was happy for her. Pretty gave them a gift which Sheridan believed was a bomb; she then announced that Pretty was trying to kill the couple. However, after she dumped alcohol on the present, which she thought was a bomb, she opened it and learned that Pretty had actually gotten the couple a clock. Sheridan stormed out.
